This charter is open to suggestions and amendments. Apart from those articles that relate to Balochistan’s independence and the restoration of a democratic political system on the principle of one person one vote after independence, all other articles in this charter are open for further amendments and further improvement.

Enlightened modesty and humility is one of our guiding lights. Consequently, this document does not claim the final wisdom. This is not a universal instruction and prescription for all times and all places. It is merely a plan and guide for the Baloch people to regain their inalienable democratic rights of freedom and independence.
